UTLTY started as a single brand in 2014. The current architecture took shape in 2019 when we deliberately stopped trying to build one big company and started building five medium ones.
Every operating company is run by a founder-CEO with full operational authority. The holding co. doesn’t manage; it removes friction so companies can compound without being acquired, IPO’d, or rolled up.
